മാത്യൂസ് ദ്വിതീയന് അവാര്ഡ്
ശാസ്താംകോട്ട: ബെസേലീയസ് മാത്യൂസ് ദ്വിതീയന് ബാവയുടെ പേരിലുള്ള ഈ വര്ഷത്തെ അവാര്ഡ് (പതിനായിരം രൂപയും ഫലകവും) കാര്ട്ടൂണിസ്റ്റ് യേശുദാസന് ലഭിച്ചു. ശാസ്താംകോട്ട ഏലിയ ചാപ്പലില് വച്ച് പരിശുദ്ധ ബെസേലിയസ് പൗലോസ് ദ്വിതീയന് കാതോലിക്കാ ബാവ പുരസ്കാരം യേശുദാസന് സമ്മാനിച്ചു. ദിദിമോസ് പ്രഥമന് വലിയ ബാവ, ജോഷ്വമാര് നിക്കോദിമോസ്, യൂഹന്നാന് മാര് ഡിയോകോറസ്, യൂഹാനോന് മാര് മിലിത്തിയോസ്, സഖറിയാസ് മാര് അന്തോണിയോസ്, യാക്കോബ് മാര് ഏലിയാസ്, എന്നീ മെത്രാപ്പോലീത്തമാര്, ഫാ. കെ. ടി. വര്ഗീസ്, സഭാസെക്രട്ടറി ഡോ. ജോസഫ് എന്നിവര് സന്നിഹിതരായിരുന്നു.
Baselios Mathews II Award to Cartoonist Yesudasan

Shasthamkotta: Catholicos Mar Baselios Marthoma Paulose II conferred this year’s Baselios Mathews II award upon Cartoonist Yesudasan. The award includes INR 10,000 and a plaque. The event took place at a function in association with the annual remembrance of the LL Catholicos of the East, Mar Baselios Marthoma Mathews II, whose mortal remains are laid for eternal rest at the Mar Elia Chapel, Mt. Horeb Monastery, Shasthamkottai. Catholicos Emeritus Mar Baselios Marthoma Didymus I presided over the meeting. Metropolitans Zacharia Mar Anthonios, Yuhanon Mar Milithios, Dr. Yuhanon Mar Diascoros, Jacob Mar Elias, and Joshua Mar Nichodemus and Malankara Association Secretary Dr. George Joseph spoke on the occasion.

ACCA Week – 2011
Cartoonist Yesudasan inaugurated ‘ACCA Week – 2011' at Sacred Heart College on February 21, 2011. Paul Sellers, Director of British Council was the chief guest at the valedictory. ‘ACCA Week – 2011' is a novel initiative by the Association of British Scholars (ABS) and the British Council to reach the message of climate change to the student community through the medium of arts. A series of programmes were offered at partner educational institutions in and around Kochi from February 21 to 26, which has been designated as ‘ACCA Week – 2011'.
